The marked men supply outpost lies east of the guard outpost, on the far side of the Hopeville Missile Base. At its southern end, near an overturned vehicle, sits a warhead; detonate it with the laser detonator to reach a truck loaded with military supply crates. The other trucks in the yard have containers and loot of their own, but marked men hang around them, so clear the area before you start searching the beds.
The real prize is Ulysses log: Y-17.21, on a metal shelf just left inside a locked gate on the northeast side of the area. The warehouse stash key for that gate is in a metal box inside an orange trailer just west of the outpost; without it you need to pick an Average lock. A RALPHIE poster hangs behind the same gate. The log is one of the six recordings Ulysses left in the Divide, and finding them all unlocks a peaceful argument in the final confrontation.

From the marked men guard outpost, walk east along the southern edge of the Hopeville base to the truck yard.
