What to write to us about

Most messages we get fall into one of these groups. Any of them is a good reason to get in touch:

• Corrections: a marker in the wrong spot, an item that is not where we say, wrong directions, a wrong quest step or reward.
• Missing content: a location, collectible, unique item or note you expected to find on the map but could not.
• Translations: a sentence that reads oddly, or a name that does not match the official name in your language.
• Bugs and ideas: something on the site that does not work on your device, or a feature that would help you play.
• Privacy requests: questions about your data, or a request to see or delete an email you sent us.
• Advertising and business: partnership or advertising questions.

How to report a wrong marker

A good correction lets us fix the problem on the first try. Please include as much of this as you can:

• The link to the location page, or a map link copied with the share button in the map toolbar.
• What is wrong, and what you see in your game instead.
• Your platform and game version (PC, Xbox or PlayStation; base game or Ultimate Edition), and whether you use mods.
• If you can, a screenshot showing the spot or the item.

When to expect a reply

We usually answer within a few days. Confirmed corrections are added to the next site update, which reaches all eight language versions at once. We may not reply to every feature idea individually, but every one is read and considered.

Languages

You can write to us in English, or in any of the languages the site is available in. Short and simple messages in your own language are fine.

Your privacy when you email us

We use your email address and message only to answer you and to fix what you reported. We never add you to a mailing list and never share your address. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. Read the privacy policy for details on how long we keep messages and how to ask us to delete them.
