An abandoned camp of Vault 22 dwellers in northeast Zion, ringed by spore plants, spore carriers and yao guai, on the way to the Ghost Den.

This small camp in northeastern Zion was left behind by dwellers from Vault 22, the Mojave vault whose plant experiments produced spore plants and spore carriers. Fittingly, the camp is now ringed by spore plants and spore carriers, and yao guai roam the slopes around it. Inside the ring are a campfire, a few skeletons, some crates and the duffle bags the dwellers left behind. Spore plants look like ordinary shrubs until they lash out, so move carefully.
One of the duffle bags holds a holotape titled BEWARE - A VENGEFUL SPIRIT STALKS THESE CANYONS, a warning that fits, because the Ghost Den lies just past the camp. The spore plants and carriers respawn; if you fast travel here they do not appear until you start walking away, and starting Crush the White Legs makes the spore plants grow back. Another Vault 22 camp, marked by more spore carriers and spore plants, sits in the canyon northwest of Caterpillar's Mound.
How to get there
From Clear Water Docks, head north up the canyon toward the Ghost Den.
