Elijah's Watch is a small camp tucked among cliffs and boulders northwest of the Securitron de-construction plant, where Father Elijah kept watch while he explored Big MT before the events of Dead Money. The camp has a bedroll, an electric hot plate, several broken ham radios and two satellite dishes, and two Mark IV turrets guard the approach. Elijah's Watch Journal leans against the antennae to the left of the hot plate and tells his side of the story.
The prize is Elijah's jury-rigged Tesla cannon on the west side of the camp near the second turret. Picking it up makes three damaged or berserk Securitrons appear east of the camp near the radar fence. The safest approach starts at the north side of the de-construction plant: behind it is an overturned military truck full of containers, and a trail of drained energy cells leads from the truck up to the camp along the only path the turrets do not cover.
How to get there
Go behind the north side of the Securitron de-construction plant and follow the trail of drained energy cells from the overturned truck up into the cliffs.
Notable loot
- Elijah's jury-rigged Tesla cannon (west side of the camp, near a turret)
- Elijah's Watch Journal (by the antennae next to the hot plate)
- Containers in the overturned military truck below the camp
Tips
- Sneak when you pick up the Tesla cannon; the Securitrons may stand still instead of attacking.
- Use the energy cell trail to avoid the turrets entirely.
- The map marker can be hard to spot on the compass, so use the truck behind the plant as your landmark.
