White Bird's cave sits at the far end of the Narrows, slightly east of Crossroad Cavern. It is a small, single-room cave with a campfire in the middle, logs to sit on and a few beds you can use. Tables hold food such as broc flowers and grilled mantis, and three sacks contain food, datura antivenom and several kinds of poison glands. The Sorrows shaman White Bird lives here with a few other tribespeople.

This is the heart of the side quest Rite of Passage. Ask Waking Cloud about her yao guai gauntlet, or accept White Bird's summons after Deliverer of Sorrows, and he asks you to gather three sacred datura roots for a special tea. The vision that follows sends you to hunt the Ghost of She, a unique yao guai near the Ghost Den. Bring her paw back and White Bird rewards you with She's Embrace, a unique yao guai gauntlet.

How to get there

From the Sorrows camp, follow the Narrows north to its far end; the cave is just east of Crossroad Cavern.
