The broadcast building is the home of Black Mountain Radio, where the nightkin Tabitha runs her State of Utobitha and rants over the airwaves. It has two floors and two doors; the rear door can only be used from inside and leads up a staircase to Tabitha's room.
Her room needs Tabitha's room key, which she carries, though a spare is buried under a small rock beneath the building's stairs. Inside are Repair note #3 on a console and a sheet music book on a stand. Expect nightkin around the summit if you have not dealt with Tabitha peacefully in Crazy, Crazy, Crazy.
How to get there
Climb the road up Black Mountain from Neil's shack to the summit and go around the transmission tower.
