Next to Camp Searchlight
On the southern border of Camp Searchlight, between the camp and Searchlight Airport, lies a pre-War residential area of trailers and campers that you can walk through and search. The official game guide describes it as more evidence of the Legion's mass irradiation of Searchlight, and the radiation here is serious, reaching up to 8 rads per second around the radioactive barrels.
Golden geckos swarm the park and feral trooper ghouls roam the area. The guide recommends sniping the geckos from a distance before you start searching the trailers. Come with Rad-X and RadAway, and do not linger next to the barrels.
How to get there
From the Camp Searchlight marker, walk to the southern edge of town, toward Searchlight Airport.
Tips
- Snipe the golden geckos from range before walking in.
- Avoid the radioactive barrels, where radiation peaks at 8 rads per second.
