Next to The Devil's Throat
Just north of the Devil's Throat, up to four super mutant masters may spawn around a campfire outside this cave. They are usually well armed, carrying a missile launcher, a minigun or a light machine gun, and some throw frag grenades or swing a nail board, so treat the approach like a real fight.
With the Wild Wasteland trait there is an extra surprise to the north-northwest of the cave: The One, an undetonated nuclear bomb whose display reads 9999. Without the trait, that spot is only a small scorched patch of ground that gives off a little radiation.
How to get there
From the Devil's Throat marker, walk a short way north to the campfire by the cave.
Tips
- Fight the super mutant masters from long range; their missile launchers and miniguns are deadly up close.
- With Wild Wasteland, look north-northwest of the cave for The One.
