Part of Puesta del Sol
The switching station stands in the northwest corner of Puesta del Sol North and is the destination of Mixed Signals. In the first room, the door onward stays shut until you repair the electric box on the opposite wall, either with Repair 60 or with three electric box fuses taken from toolboxes outside. Fixing it switches on three speakers in the passage beyond, and 'Tick Tick Tick' graffiti with arrows points toward each one.
The large room ahead is flooded with red Cloud that hides bear traps; jumping from the first landing onto a big pipe to the east keeps you mostly clear of it. In a small module at the southwest end, a terminal shuts down nearby speakers, but a tripwire hides under a corpse in front of it and a grenade bouquet is tucked between the consoles. Past the door marked 'Utility', a ventilation console clears most of the Cloud from Puesta del Sol North.
The final room adds a turret, a shielded speaker and gaps in the catwalks. The speaker's terminal sits behind a Lockpick 75 door and the turret can be shut down from a Science 75 terminal halfway down the west wall. The elevator for Mixed Signals is in the southwest module beside the remote maintenance terminal, and it also gives you a quick way back up to the streets of Puesta del Sol.

Enter Puesta del Sol from the Villa and make your way to the northwest corner of the north half.
