Raul's Shack is the home of Raul Tejada, the ghoul mechanic you can recruit as a companion. It sits on the eastern outskirts of New Vegas, north-northeast of Vault 34, with a damaged car parked out front. Raul is not here at the start of the game, because he is stuck at Black Mountain, where you meet him during Crazy, Crazy, Crazy. The shack has no hostiles of its own, so it is a calm stop when you are working around Vault 34 and Nellis.
Inside you get a workbench and a bed, plus a copy of Guns and Bullets on a crate directly to the left as you enter, an easy Guns skill boost that many players walk past. Banana yucca, coyote tobacco chew and Nevada agave grow around the shack, all handy for survival recipes. If you dismiss Raul for good after recruiting him, he heads here instead of Black Mountain, and he will still repair your equipment when you drop by.
How to get there
From Vault 34, head north-northeast across the scrub and look for the small house with a wrecked car out front.
