A one-room transmitter office in northern Big MT with Elijah's advanced LAER on the roof and a spore plant garden around an old fountain.

The Signal Hills transmitter is a small one-room building in the north of Big MT, east-northeast of Little Yangtze, filled with filing cabinets and desks. Ulysses painted one of his blue Old World flags to the left of the front door, and Father Elijah clearly passed through too. Inside, the Auto-Doc Upgrade: Hair Styling Enhancements holotape lies on the desk next to the entrance, and the Recipes: Barter Skill Book holotape is below the shelves beside it.
Climb to the roof for the best loot: a small camp with ammunition boxes, a torn journal page, the LAER Mod: Prismatic Lens holotape and Elijah's advanced LAER. Across a fallen radio tower to the northeast, spore plants guard an old fountain along with Dionaea Muscipula, a unique spore plant that drops a Corrosive glove. Two of the dried seed packages for Field Research are nearby, one northeast of the fountain and one to the north across a giant rusted pipe, and a skeleton in the fountain wears a Valence Radii-Accentuator.
How to get there
From the X-17 meteorological station walk southeast, or head north from the Think Tank toward the crater's northern hills.
