Next to The Devil's Throat
With the Wild Wasteland trait, an undetonated nuclear bomb called The One sits slightly west-northwest of the Devil's Throat. Its display reads 9999, and standing close gives 1 to 3 rads per second. It uses the same model as Megaton's bomb in Fallout 3. Without the trait, the spot is only a small blackened patch of ground giving off 1 rad per second.
Depending on your level, up to four super mutant masters wait behind the bomb next to a cave, and glowing ones or feral ghoul roamers wander the area. The salvage check asks for 60 Science (a known bug means you may actually need 61), and it yields 150 energy cells, 50 microfusion cells and two sensor modules.
How to get there
From the Devil's Throat marker, walk slightly west-northwest toward the super mutant camp by the cave.

Tips
- The bomb only appears with the Wild Wasteland trait.
