Bighorn Bluff is a stretch of high ground on the western side of Zion Canyon, west of the Red Gate. For most of the add-on there is little here beyond a few geckos. Once you complete Deliverer of Sorrows, though, the White Legs move in and set up two separate camps, each with three tents and a handful of raiders, positioned to strike at the Sorrows' escape route.
Daniel sends you here in The Advance Scouts. You can kill every marked White Leg, or, if you would rather avoid an open fight, sneak into both camps and steal their White Legs war totems to break the raiders' spirit. Each totem usually stands near one of the tents in its camp, so a careful approach works well. Waking Cloud, if she is with you, warns about the camps as you get close, and her perk lowers the White Legs' Perception.
Finishing The Advance Scouts together with River Monsters, The Grand Staircase and The Treacherous Road triggers Gathering Storms, where you make the big decision about Zion's future. Giant cazadores sometimes reach the camps first and wipe them out, so expect them in the area as well. Randall Clark's remains at the nearby Red Gate face straight toward the bluff, and the Survivalist's rifle in his duffle bag is worth collecting before this fight.
How to get there
Cross the Virgin River west of the Bend Bridge and keep heading west past the Red Gate onto the bluff.
Notable loot
- White Legs war totems (one in each camp, during The Advance Scouts)

- The Advance Scouts
- Gathering Storms
Tips
- Steal both war totems for a quieter way through the quest; being spotted still completes it, but the raiders keep attacking.
- Bring Waking Cloud: her Quiet As The Waters perk makes sneaking past the White Legs much easier.
- Watch for giant cazadores around the camps.
