The Boat to Dry Wells is a red boat on the eastern shore of Cottonwood Cove, near the dock where Cursor Lucullus resides, with three overturned boats lying beside it. It is the only way to make your first trip across to Dry Wells, the ruined Legion town in Arizona.
The boat is there in every game, but it only counts as a location and can only be used if Lonesome Road is installed and The Apocalypse ended with the Divide's missiles launched at Legion territory, alone or together with NCR territory. After your first visit, Dry Wells gets its own fast travel marker. The Explorer perk and the map marker console command do not reveal this one.
How to get there
Walk down to the docks at Cottonwood Cove and follow the eastern shore to the red boat near Cursor Lucullus.
