Cottonwood Overlook

Cottonwood Overlook is a clifftop spot directly above the Legion camp at Cottonwood Cove. At first glance there is not much here: a few boarded-up beach homes, two dumpsters, a trailer with a campfire in front of it and, parked on the north cliff edge, a truck carrying radioactive waste from San Onofre. That truck is what makes the overlook matter, because it leans right out over the camp below.

Open the back of the truck, which takes 50 Lockpick, and the highly radioactive barrels spill down onto Cottonwood Cove, killing everyone in the camp. It is an optional route during Eye for an Eye, and a brutal shortcut if you want the Legion gone without a stand-up fight. Before you do it, free the Weathers family from the camp, or they will die with everyone else and Left My Heart will fail.
