Quartermaster Carl Mayes tracks and hands out what little the camp has left from this tent. For Restoring Hope he explains that the men he sent to collect supplies from HELIOS One never came back, and asks you to find the shipment. He trades with you and will play up to five games of Caravan.
Mayes also pays 2 caps for every NCR dogtag you bring back in Tags of Our Fallen, so command can count the dead. Turn in at least 15 and he offers 100 caps and six beers, which you can refuse for good Karma. The ammo boxes at the back always hold energy cells or microfusion cells and are not owned, so they are free to take.
How to get there
Head into the southern half of the camp; the quartermaster's tent is on the west side, across the path from the storage shed behind the mess hall.
