Part of Callville Bay
At the edge of Lake Mead in Callville Bay stands Captain Dean Boat Rentals, its sign still offering boats and bait, rentals, worms and ice cream. The old boat storage warehouse to the left of the store is crawling with up to seven cazadores and several nests, and lakelurks hunt along the nearby shore.
Inside, up to five giant rats wait among a central bookshelf, two counters and four shelving units full of items. An Average locked safe sits behind the far counter, and a board of boat keys hangs on the right wall, though the keys cannot be taken. Two star bottle caps are here: one in the middle display box of the front counter and one by the cash register.
How to get there
Fast travel to Callville Bay and enter the rental store at the waterfront, next to the collapsed warehouse.
