Next to Crimson Caravan Company
Carlyle St. Clair's house is a small one-room shack north of the Crimson Caravan Company, next to a line of power pylons beside the road from the Horowitz farmstead to Raul's shack. Carlyle St. Clair III, an outcast from a merchant family, hides here after escaping a White Glove Society faction that picked him as the main course for their planned feast. He saw their faces, so he is paranoid, and he may turn hostile when you speak to him.
He matters in Beyond the Beef, where one ending has you deliver him to the Ultra-Luxe so the Society can return to its old ways. Mortimer warns that Carlyle has trapped his home, but there are no traps. Carlyle sits outside; inside are a double bed you can use, a refrigerator with alcohol and a shelf, and a dumpster outside holds random loot.

From the Crimson Caravan Company, head north to the road lined with power pylons.
