Part of Hoover Dam
Four towers rise along the top of Hoover Dam's southern face. They house restrooms and give access to other parts of the dam; the two central ones have elevators down to the Hoover Dam offices, though the eastern elevator needs a key. Two towers stand on the NCR side of the checkpoint and two on the Legion side, and the easternmost has been destroyed.
The westernmost tower matters in You'll Know It When It Happens. During President Kimball's visit, an undercover Legion assassin kills the NCR sniper posted there and takes his place with a sniper rifle. Boone, if he is with you, names the near tower as one of the spots an assassin would choose.
How to get there
Walk out onto the crest of Hoover Dam from the visitor center; the towers line the road across the top.
