Next to Hopeville Missile Base - Loading station
The men's barracks housed the male soldiers of Hopeville Missile Base before the war. It stands right across the road from the base's east entrance and looks much like the barracks at Nellis Air Force Base. Since the destruction of the Divide, marked men have moved in, so expect a fight when you step through the door.
The L-shaped interior is lined with bunk beds and has a commissary terminal that ED-E can unlock. US Army combat armor waits in a Hard-locked metal locker outside the restroom, and a copy of Tumblers Today is hidden under a box in one of the toilet stalls. The base service gate key, which opens the east gate, is in a metal box outside between the men's and women's barracks.

Go to the east entrance of Hopeville Missile Base; the barracks is directly across the road.
