Legate Lanius plans the attack on Hoover Dam from this tent at the top of his camp. Maps of the dam cover the central table and another hangs on the wall. Two Praetorian Guards stand inside among the bodies of NCR troopers and slaves, and a live slave woman is tied up in a corner.
You can only step inside briefly, at the start of Veni, Vidi, Vici, when a Legion-aligned Courier meets Lanius. In the NCR, House and Yes Man endings the tent is locked, and Lanius waits on the hilltop outside, speaking to you as soon as you approach.
How to get there
Only reachable in the final quest: a Legion-aligned Courier starts Veni, Vidi, Vici in the Legate's Camp and meets Lanius here; in the other endings you reach the camp after crossing Hoover Dam, but the tent stays locked.
