Nellis Hangars
Two hangars at Nellis AFB: the Boomers' mess hall and munitions store, and the aircraft hangar where Loyal and Jack work on Volare!

The Nellis Hangars are two large buildings at the north end of Nellis Air Force Base. The northern one is the Boomers' mess hall and munitions storage, where the Boomer chef and the Boomer munitions manager sell food and explosives, and it also holds the virtual reality terminals the tribe uses to train pilots. The southern one is the aircraft hangar, where you will usually find the engineer Loyal and the young Boomer Jack at work.
Much of Volare! plays out here. Loyal plans the recovery of the sunken bomber, and Jack builds the rebreather you need for the dive, either from a pressure cooker or after a Science check. Jack is also the lovesick Boomer behind Young Hearts, which sends you to Janet at the Crimson Caravan Company. After Volare! is finished, the Boomers start restoring the recovered B-29, which they rename Pearl, inside the aircraft hangar.
How to get there
Once inside Nellis Air Force Base, head to the north end of the base where the two big hangar buildings stand.

Tips
- Bring Jack a pressure cooker if your Science is too low for the rebreather check.
- Only the star caps on the mess hall table are free; the regular caps beside them are owned.
- Stock up on explosives from the munitions manager once the Boomers accept you.
