Orion Moreno's house is a one-story home with a fireplace, a carport and a broken white picket fence in East Vegas, just north of the NCR Sharecropper Farms. Moreno is an Enclave veteran who settled here after the NCR sacked Navarro and had lived here for years before the Republic moved into the area. He hates sharing the land with his old enemies, especially since they have tried to force him out, and tells anyone from the NCR to get out.
He is one of the Enclave remnants Arcade Gannon asks you to find in For Auld Lang Syne, and until that quest is finished he carries the explorer's gear outfit. The bed inside is free to use, but most items are owned and cost Karma to take. A known bug marks you as detected while sneaking anywhere in the house, so stealing or pickpocketing here will be noticed.

From the NCR Sharecropper Farms, walk a short way north into East Vegas.
