Powder Ganger Camp West is a small camp the Powder Gangers set up beside the I-15 south of Goodsprings, just south of Jean Sky Diving and west of the NCR Correctional Facility. A couple of trailers, a campfire and a wrecked semi truck spilling its load into irradiated sludge make up the whole camp, watched by two gangers. Powder charges are laid around the edges, so watch your step on the way in.
If your Powder Ganger reputation is bad, expect explosives the moment you are spotted, so take the camp from range or sneak up at night. The reward is the loot in the trailers, a bed and the powder charges you can disarm, but many containers are owned, so taking from them counts as stealing. The gangers here do not respawn once killed. If you are friendly with the gang, the camp is simply a safe fire to cook at between Goodsprings and the prison, and nobody will bother you.
How to get there
From Goodsprings head southeast to the I-15; the camp is beside the highway just south of Jean Sky Diving.
