Virgin Fork Campground lies east of the Ant Burrow and slightly northeast of Ranger Substation Peregrine, in the southeast of Zion. Three wrecked cars, three trailers with a bedroll each, several suitcases and three picnic tables still set with plates and cups show how suddenly the campers left. A campfire is available for crafting Survival recipes.
Geckos are the only regular residents. If Follows-Chalk is with you, he remarks that it must have been nice when Zion was friendly enough that people could camp wherever they pleased, a reminder of how dangerous the canyon has become with the White Legs around. The campground is revealed on your map when you visit Ranger Substation Peregrine with Follows-Chalk, and East Fork Bridge on Route 9 is a short way to the north.
How to get there
From Ranger Substation Peregrine, walk a short way northeast to the campground.
Notable loot
- Suitcases with miscellaneous items
Tips
- Use the campfire to cook or brew before heading north to East Fork Bridge.
- The trailer bedrolls let you rest without returning to camp.
