A ruined pre-War treatment plant just east of Ulysses' Temple, where tunnelers and marked men fight over the rooms.

The wastewater treatment plant sits directly east of Ulysses' Temple, on the last stretch of The Divide. After you detonate the warhead near the water pipe, you can reach it by walking along the top of the ruined building lying on its side, then down a rocky path to a sewer grate that serves as the entrance. Another warhead to the left of the entrance hides two lead-lined metal boxes and knocks down a wrecked truck that gives you a second route onto the rock shelves.
Inside, tunnelers are already fighting several marked men, so let them wear each other down before you step in. Beyond them is an office with a working terminal whose pre-War entries count toward the Nostalgia challenge, plus a RALPHIE poster on a nearby wall. A copy of Pugilism Illustrated is hidden behind the lockers in the interior office, and the plant also has a workbench. From the entrance, the path west across the horizontal building leads to the temple grotto.
How to get there
From the grotto with the waste disposal station, detonate the warhead by the rocks to the east and climb onto the horizontal building; the plant entrance is by the pipe on the right.

- Use the workbench here before the temple; inside, the maintenance area also has a workbench, and a freed ED-E can open one last commissary terminal.
