The Westside Co-op is the farming cooperative's grocery store, set up inside a pre-War Uptown Drugs building in Westside. Clayton Ettienne runs it and sells the community's surplus fresh produce, and the caps from sales are shared among the farmers who grew the food. With help from Tom Anderson of the Followers of the Apocalypse, the co-op turned Westside from a subsistence hamlet into a self-sufficient farming community that does not depend on the NCR.
The store ties into The White Wash, which starts at Camp McCarran and ends with Westside's secret about its water. If you settle that quest by blackmailing Anderson into sharing the co-op's profits, talking to Ettienne here every 24 in-game hours pays 100 to 400 caps, depending on Barter. The safe behind the counter has an Average lock but counts as owned, so opening it costs Karma.

Enter Westside by the west entrance and look for the old drugstore with the co-op inside.
