Aerotech Office Park is a walled-off pre-war office complex east of Camp McCarran and southeast of the NCR Sharecropper Farms, now used by the NCR as a refugee camp. Scrap fences and rubble enclose a courtyard of barrel fires, wrecked cars and refuse, with the entrance on the north wall. The NCR provides shelter, water, food and basic medical care, but it is short on staff, and the refugees are being exploited through chems, crooked gambling and liquor.
Captain Parker runs the camp from the Aerotech Tent in the northwest corner and has work for you. People have been vanishing without signs of violence, which starts The Coyotes, and Parker also wants proof that Keith is dealing chems and cheating at cards in Keith's Caravan Charade. Frank Weathers is looking for his enslaved family, which leads to Left My Heart and a trip to Cottonwood Cove. Bert Gunnarsson, a Followers of the Apocalypse ghoul, tends to the refugees.
Suite 300 in the southwest corner is the loot room: Today's Physician on the two-tier table, Salesman Weekly on the desk opposite the entrance and a Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap on the kitchen counter at the back. Both suites are full of tin cans and bent tin cans, mostly in Suite 200, which makes the camp a good scrap source if you are working on the Gun Runners quest Dealing with Contreras.
How to get there
From Camp McCarran, head east past the monorail track until you reach the scrap-walled compound.
