Part of Camp McCarran
The concourse is the pier-style wing of the old airport, now the living quarters of Camp McCarran's NCR troopers. It sits between the terminal building and the supply shack, with long hallways to both. Inside are rows of dead slot machines, a sleeping area with bunks, lockers and a pool table, a medical station with gurneys and X-rays where Dr. Kemp works, and a dining area where Corporal William Farber serves food and drink.
Private Christina Morales sits between the slot machines to the left as you enter, and her A Final Plan for Esteban sends you to recover a ranger's body near REPCONN headquarters. Farber's Not Worth a Hill of Corn and Beans is about improving the camp's food. For The White Wash, Corporal White's journal is in his locker here, and the concourse holds 29 forks and 25 dinner plates, the most in any one place in the game.
