Next to Camp McCarran
The central sewers are the core of the New Vegas sewer network, with a ladder exit right in front of Camp McCarran that NCR troopers guard. Giant rats and feral ghouls, including a glowing one, roam the tunnels, and five Fiends hold a room in the southwest near the sealed sewers. In the north is the room of Blind Luke, who carries one of the two keys called Luke's Find. Two dead prospectors lie in the tunnels.
The best loot is in the room with the central sewer control terminal: a multiplas rifle and an advanced radiation suit inside an Average-locked case, whose key lies beside a dead prospector in a side room near the northern exit. The glowing one there carries a worn key for a gun cabinet in the east central sewers. Luke's Find opens the door to the sealed sewers and the Humble Cudgel.
How to get there
Climb down the ladder just outside the main gate of Camp McCarran.
