Part of Freeside's North Gate
Cerulean Robotics is an abandoned robot workshop in the southwest corner of north Freeside that giant rats have taken over. From the north gate, walk past the Old Mormon Fort, go under the broken highway toward the city wall and the ruined store, then slip through a gap in the concrete piles; the entrance is at the back. Inside are seven giant rats, four broken Protectrons and Fisto, a sexbot controlled by an Average-locked terminal.
Most players come here during Wang Dang Atomic Tango, which needs Fisto reprogrammed for the Atomic Wrangler. If your Science is too low, the Cerulean Robotics key, held by a skeleton in front of the break room TV, opens a tool cabinet with a terminal access card. The building also has a workbench, a reloading bench, a Sunset Sarsaparilla star cap and a copy of Lying, Congressional Style. With Wild Wasteland, the three old ladies of Maud's Muggers ambush you outside.
How to get there
Enter Freeside by the north gate, pass the Old Mormon Fort, head under the highway to the west and squeeze through the gap past the ruined store.
Notable loot
- Lying, Congressional Style (floor by the middle desk near the conveyor belt)
- Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap (table in the southwest room)
- Terminal access card (tool cabinet, Average lock or the Cerulean Robotics key)

Tips
- The terminal has an Average Science lock, and the access card in the tool cabinet opens it if your skill is too low; to reprogram Fisto you still need Ralph's sexbot holodisk or 60 Science.
