Las Vegas Boulevard Station, or LVB Station, is the Strip end of the pre-War monorail that links the Strip to Camp McCarran, so NCR soldiers and VIPs can skip the walk through Freeside. It stands next to the Ultra-Luxe, across the street from the Tops, and Securitrons share guard duty with NCR military police. The ground floor has a processing office, storage, restrooms and a Mojave Express dropbox, and the upper floor has a departure lounge and the platform.

Anyone can walk in, but the platform is off-limits to civilians. Approaching it without NCR armor or at least Liked reputation with the NCR makes the guards and the Securitrons hostile. Strip letters 4, 5 and 8 lie inside, a Fine dining meal sits on the sidewalk out front by two Securitrons, and Walter Phebus waits outside to start Pheeble Will.

How to get there

Walk into the Strip's middle section; the station is beside the Ultra-Luxe on the east side.

Tips

  • Riding the monorail in from Camp McCarran also gets you past the Strip gate's credit check from then on.
