Next to Mole Rat Ranch
North of the mole rat ranch and west of Fields' shack, this single-story adobe house looks like every other boarded-up home in the wasteland, but you can get in. Both doors have Average locks with no key, and picking them costs Karma, yet nothing inside is marked as owned. Outside are two lawn chairs beside a refrigerator, a mailbox behind the house and a harvestable prickly pear cactus near the pylon across the street.
Inside, the floor is covered with soil and maize grows all through the house: 38 of the 48 plants can be harvested. Someone was turning the corn into moonshine at a still by the entrance, and a bottle sits on the table in front of it. The bedroom has a usable bed, a first aid box and an unlocked wall safe with random loot, and the back room holds a generator and two ammunition boxes.

From the Mole Rat Ranch, walk north until you see the adobe house by the road.
