New Vegas Medical Clinic

The New Vegas Medical Clinic is a small one-story building just east of the Crimson Caravan Company in outer Vegas. Doctor Usanagi of the Followers of the Apocalypse runs it on Followers funding and whatever charity she can find, offering cheap care to people who cannot afford much. Inside are a waiting room, a surgery room, a small classroom for medical students and two guards by the entrance.

Usanagi matters to almost every build because she sells implants. There is one for each SPECIAL attribute, each adding a permanent point, plus a sub-dermal armor implant that raises Damage Threshold and a monocyte breeder that slowly regenerates health. The number of implants you can have equals your base Endurance, and the Endurance implant itself does not raise that limit, so decide which implants you want most before you buy. They are expensive, so save up before you visit. She also sells medical supplies, since the clinic keeps none in storage.

The clinic also shows up in a few quests. In I Don't Hurt Anymore, you can send Corporal Betsy of First Recon here for treatment, and the Legion quest Et Tumor, Brute? can send you here for a doctor's bag and surgical tools. Seven doses of Med-X sit on a supply cart in the surgery room, but taking them counts as stealing.
