Freeside's eastern entrance beside the Gun Runners kiosk, leading straight to Mick & Ralph's. Rotface and the kids Max and Stacey hang out here.

Freeside's East Gate sits just northeast of the Gun Runners kiosk and opens into the north section of Freeside, right by Mick & Ralph's general store. Rotface, a ghoul who sells tips about the city, usually sits against a wall near the gate. Just inside, two kids named Max and Stacey chase each other around near a few bodyguards who offer protection on Freeside's streets for a price.
Max matters for Veronica's companion quest, I Could Make You Care, because he carries Euclid's C-Finder, which you can buy from him or pickpocket. If you keep paying Rotface for tips, he eventually appears wearing Eulogy Jones' hat. In the ruined building to the left of the entrance, across from Mick & Ralph's, lies the body of a man who died trying to remove a collar with a wrench, a grim little story worth a look.

From the Gun Runners kiosk, walk a few steps northeast to the gate.
