Cloud-choked Villa district once home to pre-War high rollers, booby-trapped by Dean Domino, who waits in his tall house for Find Collar 14.

The Residential District was where the Sierra Madre's high rollers and entertainers enjoyed the Villa in seclusion. Today the whole area is blanketed by the Cloud, with several lethal pockets of concentrated gas, and a few Ghost People stalk its courtyards. The bigger danger is Dean Domino, who has filled the district with traps to keep visitors out: pressure plates wired to rigged shotguns, frag mines, demolition charges, a fire extinguisher rigged to explode and five Grenade Bouquets on tripwires and pressure plates. With Explosives 30 you can disarm the bouquets for 15 Frag Grenades, which are scarce in the Sierra Madre.
Find Collar 14: Dean Domino ends at his tall house, marked by strings of Christmas lights across a square. With Lockpick 50 and enough health you can take a quick route through the Average-locked gate just past the entrance; otherwise a western route over balconies avoids the Cloud entirely but runs through most of the traps. Dean, a pre-War lounge singer who survived as a ghoul, will not talk until you sit in the chair next to him. Avoid the Barter option and insulting replies if you want a peaceful outcome with him later in Curtain Call at the Tampico.
Once Dean joins you, his Unclean Living perk makes the Cloud far less deadly, so come back and loot. The large Cloud-filled courtyard, marked by a glowing package of RadAway, holds a trove of energy weapon ammunition, and the area behind the locked gate has plenty of supplies. The district also hides two of Dean's secret stashes, three Lover's Mark stashes, several Sierra Madre playing cards and two vending machines. Duck and Cover! lies under Dean's bed, though you need explosives or thrown spears to knock it loose. Watch out: Dean walks right into his own traps while following you.

From the Villa fountain head east; the Residential District gate is on the right side of the East Villa street.

- Take the western route over the balconies to reach Dean without crossing any concentrated Cloud.
