The sealed sewers are a locked-off section of the New Vegas sewers reached through a door in the central sewers. The door needs Luke's Find, a key carried by Blind Luke in the central sewers or Sweet Jill in the east central sewers, so you have to visit one of them first.
The south part holds a room full of feral ghouls, including a feral ghoul reaver and sometimes a glowing one. On a dead prospector in the south lies the unique Humble Cudgel, with reinforced combat armor in a duffle bag beside him. Taking the Cudgel completes the unmarked quest Cajoling a Cudgel.
How to get there
Enter the central sewers by the ladder outside Camp McCarran's gate and open the sealed door with Luke's Find.
Notable loot
- The Humble Cudgel (on the dead prospector, south area)
- Combat armor, reinforced (duffle bag next to the prospector)

Tips
- A feral ghoul reaver waits in the south room, so go in healed and with plenty of ammo.
