The Southern Nevada Wind Farm is a line of pre-War wind turbines standing on the high ground north of Novac and east of HELIOS One. The towers are still in place, some with blades, and the ridge gives a wide view over Highway 95 and the valleys around the Toxic Dump Site to the south. On a clear day you can pick out most of the landmarks in this part of the Mojave from up here.
At the base of the turbines is the Wind Farm Maintenance Shack, a single room with a workbench, a copy of Dean's Electronics on the center table, a Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap and most of the parts for a weapon repair kit. The danger is outside: cazadores and fire geckos roam the surrounding hills, and cazadores in particular are fast and poisonous, so clear them from range before you go looking around.
No quest leads here, so the wind farm is for explorers, snipers who like a vantage point and completionists filling in the map around Novac. Its fast travel point is handy for approaching the Toxic Dump Site, Camp Forlorn Hope or the hills between Novac and Boulder City without walking the long way around on the highway, and the view alone is worth the climb once.

North of Novac and east of HELIOS One; from the Gibson Scrap Yard head east into the hills toward the turbines.
