Next to H&H Tools Factory
The Wins hideout is a small house halfway between Westside and the H&H Tools Factory, with a pile of tires by the front door and a deck holding a couch, a tricycle, a washing machine and two ammo cases. Sammy and Pauline Wins hole up here after stealing pre-War relics, including Vance's 9mm submachine gun, from the Vikki and Vance Casino in Primm, while they plan a big score on the Strip.
The unmarked quest A Pair of Dead Desperados, II ends here. You can kill the pair, or pass a 55 Speech check so Sammy gives you the combination to the Very Hard-locked safe that holds Vance's 9mm submachine gun. Pauline wears Vikki's bonnet and Sammy wears Vance's lucky hat. Nothing in the house is owned, so you can loot it freely.
How to get there
From the H&H Tools Factory, walk a short way west-northwest toward Westside.
Notable loot
- Vance's 9mm submachine gun (Very Hard-locked safe)
