The Casa Madrid Apartments is a run-down apartment house in Westside, across the street from Miguel's Pawn Shop and just outside the residential area's south gate but still inside the outer wall. Marco owns it and runs it as a cheap bordello for people who cannot afford the Strip, while Pretty Sarah manages the three prostitutes, Sweetie, Jimmy and Maude. Mean Sonofabitch, a super mutant in the Westside Militia, usually stands by the door.
Two tenants matter for The Coyotes, Captain Parker's quest from the Aerotech Office Park about missing refugees. Dermot's room is the first door on the left, and it is open; Saint James' room next to it has an Average lock. Dermot's ledger, the key evidence, appears on his table once you have spoken with Parker. Sweetie will tell you Dermot's secrets for 200 caps and also has the key to Saint James' room.
How to get there
Leave Westside by the south gate toward the Thorn; the apartments face Miguel's Pawn Shop.
