Ivanpah Race Track

Ivanpah Race Track is a weathered oval in the desert northwest of Nipton, sitting due north of the Nipton Road Pit Stop. Apart from the start and finish banner and a wrecked vehicle, there is little left of its racing days. The real feature is the giant ant mound in the middle circle of the track, with a steady line of soldier ants and worker ants marching between the mound and the open desert around it.

Expect giant ants here, and treat the soldier ants with respect at low level, since they hit harder and keep pouring out of the mound. Loot is limited to a single duffle bag by some rocks near the start and finish flag on the outer circle. Most players come for experience and ant meat, or pass through on purpose, because cutting across this area is one way to avoid the Jackal ambush waiting at the pit stop to the south.
