A pre-war rock crushing plant south of New Vegas Steel, next to Driver Nephi's Fiend camp and the back entrance to Vault 19's sulfur caves.

Samson Rock Crushing Plant is a pre-war industrial site southwest of the Vegas outskirts, directly south of New Vegas Steel and between Whittaker Farmstead and Vault 3. A fenced yard holds a row of crusher towers and four buildings in the northeast corner, but none of the buildings can be entered because every doorway is covered by sheet metal. Even prospectors have given up on the site because the Fiends camp so close by.
There is little to loot here; the plant matters for what is around it. Driver Nephi, one of the Fiend bosses in Three-Card Bounty, camps with his gang slightly to the northwest, and if you recruit First Recon for that bounty their snipers set up at the plant. Several frag mines sit on the ruined freeway just to the east, and the unmarked sulfur cave entrance to Vault 19 is just to the southwest. It is a quick stop on the way to the Basincreek Building or Vault 19.
How to get there
From New Vegas Steel head directly south; the crusher towers of the plant are visible from a distance.
