Part of Sierra Madre Resort & Casino

The lobby is the first room inside the Sierra Madre Casino & Resort and the hub for everything else: the casino floor, the Cantina Madrid, the Tampico theater and, through an elevator near the top of the curved stairs, the Executive suites. Several speakers are active when you first walk in, some of them shielded, and they stay on until you have dealt with the casino floor.

After all three companion quests are done and before you go down to the vault, Ghost People fill both levels of the lobby and banging can be heard at the front door. The receptionist terminal on the welcome desk can switch on a greeter hologram once you have the security code from the Tampico front desk terminal, and the Ghost People are drawn to it. Add the code snippets from the Cantina Madrid kitchen terminal and the Executive suites service room terminal to turn it into a security hologram that shoots them.

At the start of Heist of the Centuries, the same terminal also holds three of Vera Keyes' songs on holotape. Once the story is over you can walk back in from the Villa, but the resort is empty by then, since the companions are gone.

How to get there

Trigger the Gala Event, then walk from the Villa fountain through the main casino gate.

Notable loot

  • Vera Keyes' 'Begin Again', 'Go to the Faraway' and 'Let the Bright Tomorrow in' holotapes (receptionist terminal, start of Heist of the Centuries)

Related quests

  • Heist of the Centuries

Tips

  • Collect all three security code pieces so the lobby hologram fights the Ghost People for you.
  • Mines placed in front of the door may never go off, because Ghost People can appear inside without opening it.
