Next to Spring Mt. Ranch State Park
The Great Khan armory is a basement under a ruined house guarding the south way into Red Rock Canyon. A Khan guard and the Great Khan armorer are posted inside. She only trades if your reputation with the Great Khans is Accepted or better; otherwise she just gives a stock line.
Storage is to the left as you come down, with a workbench and a reloading bench to the right. Her merchandise sits behind a Hard-locked gate, so stealing it is possible but risky in the middle of Khan territory. The armory has no map marker of its own; the closest one is Spring Mt. Ranch State Park.
How to get there
From Spring Mt. Ranch State Park, walk northeast toward the mouth of Red Rock Canyon and look for the yellow cellar door on a ruined house.
