Part of Hoover Dam
The offices spread over two levels along an east to west corridor deep inside the dam. Colonel Cassandra Moore works from a guarded office on the upper level, or sometimes from a small lab past the rec room, and gives NCR players their assignments in For the Republic, Part 2. Quartermaster Bardon runs his store from the armory on the lower level, next to two big dorms where the engineers sleep.
Between the east and west wings is the dam's control room, whose desks each hold a Hoover Dam saferoom key that matters for All or Nothing and No Gods, No Masters. A radioactive storage room in the southwest corner hides two Chinese stealth armor suits in a wooden crate; hug the left wall to avoid the rads, and expect Karma loss for taking them. Doors on the upper level also lead out to the towers on top of the dam.
How to get there
Take the elevator next to the front desk of the Hoover Dam visitor center.
Notable loot
- Two Chinese stealth armor suits (crate in the radioactive storage room)
- Hoover Dam saferoom keys (control room desks)
- Elaine's letter (by a bed in the soldiers' quarters near Bardon)
