Part of Freeside's East Gate
Mick & Ralph's is a general store just inside Freeside's east gate. Mick sells weapons and ammunition, while Ralph handles consumables and a few special services. Outside, Rotface usually sits against the building next door and the kids Max and Stacey run around during the day. The sign out front originally read only Ralph's, so Mick's name looks like a later addition.
With 50 Speech both brothers open up. Mick shows you a hidden room with a special stock of rarer guns and the unique naughty nightwear, which has to be stolen. Ralph forges a New Vegas passport that gets you through the Strip gate for 500 caps, or 375 with 50 Barter, and it is free if you spend the King's favor from G.I. Blues on it. Ralph also sells the container of chlorine needed for one part of How Little We Know.
Upstairs are the brothers' beds, a few skill magazines such as Tæles of Chivalrie, Fixin' Things and Programmer's Digest, and a Nuka-Cola machine stuffed with 150 rocket souvenirs. Mick can give you the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion if How Little We Know ends a certain way. Be careful around the store's crier: if you or a companion shoot him, neither brother will trade with you again.
