Part of Primm

The Vikki and Vance Casino and Museum is themed on two pre-War bandits, with their bullet-riddled death car on display in the middle of the floor and the Protectron Primm Slim working as a tour guide. When you arrive, Primm's surviving residents, including Johnson and Ruby Nash, have barricaded themselves inside while escaped convicts roam the streets, and Johnson Nash points you to the Bison Steve to rescue Deputy Beagle.

Once My Kind of Town gives Primm a new sheriff, the townsfolk go home. A while later, a band of NCR deserters led by Layla turns up in the casino in A Team of Moronic Mercenaries, and after you deal with them the casino reopens a few days later. It offers blackjack, roulette and slots, pays 3:2 on blackjack, and hands out a bonus of chips, a Stealth Boy and reinforced leather armor as your winnings grow before banning you at 2,500 chips.

Look at the empty weapon case to start A Pair of Dead Desperados, I, since Vance's 9mm submachine gun has been stolen. Primm Slim cannot be talked into the sheriff's job without help, but 30 Science or a handful of fission batteries and conductors can reprogram him for it.

How to get there

Enter Primm over the I-15 overpass and walk past the convicts on the street; the casino doors face the Bison Steve.
